Nara Prefecture and Nara City announced on the 7th that it was confirmed that 441 new people were infected with the new coronavirus.
The number of people confirmed to be infected has more than doubled from 195 last Thursday to 96,337.
No new deaths were announced.
The number of seriously ill people is 3 as it was on the 6th.
