Recently, the D-Day ration pack was found 78 years later in a museum in Dorchester, Dorset, England. The ration pack is still unopened.

This is the only D-Day ration pack ever found.

This "Assault Ration Pack" was issued to British troops to support them for 24 hours after landing.

The ration pack was first discovered in 2006, but was mistaken for a 1950s item at the time.
