On June 30, RFI received the Minister Special Advisor to the Central African Head of State, Fidèle Gouandjika.

During this interview, the official announced that the power was considering a change in the Constitution by referendum.

A change that the Central African opposition contests.

Former Prime Minister Anicet-Georges Dologuélé is the guest of RFI.
