Casas and Nautalia are confirmed as 'new' entrepreneurs of Las Ventas

The Contracting Committee has finally lit the white smoke after analyzing the offers of the three bidding companies: Grupo BMF (Baillères with Chopera), PLAZA VENTAS 237 (Matilla with Ramón Valencia) and Plaza 1 (Nautalia with Simón Casas).

The latter, which won the previous contest in 2017, will continue to lead.

A few days ago Zabala de la Serna advanced in EL MUNDO the advantage acquired in the contest by this company: "The score indicates that the joint venture of Simon Casas Production and Nautalia Viajes SL has tripled the score (30 points out of a total of 35) of their rivals."

Taking into account the initially mentioned advantage and the 'draw' in the second part of the contest, the score has been as follows: Plaza 1 has achieved a total of 91.40 points compared to the 69.40 obtained by Baillères with Chopera and

with Ramón Valencia.

Plaza 1 will continue to lead Las Ventas for the next four years with the possibility of two more through one-year extensions.
