Monday evening, France 5 celebrates the tenth anniversary of the program "Nus et culottés" in which Nans and Mouts, two friends, go on an adventure, without money or clothes.

A singular experience that Nans retraces at the microphone of Europe 1. He looks back on these ten years of meeting strangers, and takes a look at today's society.

An anniversary that is celebrated on France 5. The

program Nus et culottés

celebrates its tenth season this Monday evening.

For those who are not regulars of the program, this is a program where two adventurer friends, Nans and Mouts, leave to travel naked, without clothes, without money, with nothing in the end except their sympathy and their desire to meet all those who cross their path.

And there have been encounters: 2,000 in ten years.

Nudity is actually a great excuse to meet.

Nans and Mouts are not only naked physically, but also emotionally.

This allows them to bond more easily on the road.

"One thing we hadn't imagined when we left is that by depriving ourselves of money and clothing, we are in a vulnerability from the first trips", confides Nans at the microphone of Europe 1.

“People open more to us than their house”

"People also put themselves in their hearts and also open more to us than their homes. This gives rise to these rather surprising encounters where after a few minutes or a few hours, they tell us things that sometimes they do not tell their loved ones", he says, emphasizing "something magical": "Because we are very available on the road, we have time and inevitably, people relax and when they do, they feel confident to deliver more intimate stories."

In total, the two adventurers traveled 30,000 kilometers by all possible means of transport.

They even hitchhiked in a private jet!

To come back to these highlights of the show, France 5 offers a special episode on Monday evening, a kind of best of.

This time, the duo is not going on the road, but welcomes six people who have marked the history of

Nus et culottés

in an ephemeral "home", a cabin in the woods.

The opportunity to take stock of these ten years spent walking the roads and taking up challenges each crazier than the next.

One last crazy challenge

The two friends have also reviewed all the films of their adventures.

"It's very moving to see us evolve, to see us evolve physically, to see our way of traveling also evolve. These experiences, these encounters have enabled us to calculate that we spent around 500 nights with locals , we spent only 15 outside. That's not even 3% of the nights", explains Nans.

For him, "with hindsight, it's a hell of a good news about the state of health of the society that we met as a vagabond".

"I who grew up in a world where we said 'be careful, don't talk to the unknown', 'the unknown is potentially dangerous'... We had another experience", concludes the adventurer.

The special program ten years is broadcast Monday evening at 9 p.m. on France 5. Then, new programs will be broadcast on the following Mondays.

In particular, you will be able to follow their latest crazy challenge: how they organized a piano concert at the foot of a glacier.
