For an unbelievable reason, the husband of an Egyptian novelist surprises her by claiming an annulment of marriage and demands compensation

The Egyptian novelist Ghada Al-Absi was surprised when her husband filed a lawsuit against her in the family court, demanding the annulment of the marriage contract, claiming that the reason was that she had malformed children.

The lawsuit came after the novelist gave birth to her daughter Sidra, one of the children with Down syndrome, and she died 24 days after giving birth.

On her personal page on Facebook, Al-Absi thanked her friends who supported her ordeal, which began 6 months ago, which she expressed as the utmost psychological abuse of her and her family, who suffered unspeakable harm.

According to Al-Watan newspaper.

She added that she was able to deal with this abuse, but she could not turn a blind eye to the abuse of her deceased daughter, saying: "Who does not like me to defend her and answer her right."

And she continued, "My daughter's Sidra is not a deformed being. My daughter's Sidra is one of those whom God has increased in their creation, and I have never seen her a deformed being, and I have never felt that much. For me, she is perfection, but rather an increase.

And she concluded, that her child, God passed away, 24 days after birth, and she had very special circumstances, she was discovered from the beginning of the seventh month of pregnancy.

The novelist Ghada Al-Absi claimed that her husband based his lawsuit on hospital bills in which their daughter Sidra was being held, who died only 24 days after her birth, claiming that he was claiming material damage to him, and that she knew that she would give birth to a deformed child.

Al-Absi revealed, "Her husband has two sons from a previous marriage, while her daughter Sidra is the first for her," refusing to disclose their personal relationship and why things have reached the way they are now? .
