It's still early July, but the suffocating heat continues.

The heat does not cool down even during the night, and tropical nights are now appearing in various places including Seoul.

From the south, the heat will continue to radiate and the sun will be added during the day, and the daytime temperature in most areas will soar to around 35 degrees today (the 4th).

As it is full of heat, shower clouds also develop.

Rain showers of 5 to 40 mm and at most 60 mm are predicted in various parts of the inland today, so be sure to bring an umbrella.

Currently, there are places where it rains lightly on some southern coasts and Jeju areas.

Typhoon Airi will not have a direct impact on Korea as it turns towards Japan, but due to the rotational force, strong waves will form in the southern seas and the distant seas of Jeju, and 5 to 60 mm of rain will fall mainly in these areas.

Between Thursday and Friday, there is news of monsoon rain across the country, and the heat will continue until it rains.
