What is a sacred monster?

An artist whose rich career, aura, magnetism borders on almost inaccessible genius… The expression seems overused, but it applies perfectly to the actor to whom we are devoting our show this Saturday: Alain Delon.

The unforgettable Tom Ripley of Plein Soleil, who was Samurai for Jean-Pierre Melville or Monsieur Klein for Joseph Losey, is honored at

the La Rochelle festival

: 21 feature films from his sixty-year-long career will be screened for ten days.

To talk about it, we welcome Sophie Mirouze, one of the artistic directors of the La Rochelle festival which is celebrating its 50th edition this year, and Denitza Bantcheva, writer, specialist in European cinema from the 1960s and 1980s.
