The photo-taker, Yaqoub Al-Shawi, wrote on his Facebook account that he did not expect to receive all this interaction, and said that he took the picture spontaneously on June 2, 2022 when he was heading to his shop at one o'clock in the afternoon (noon) in a very hot weather, where He was caught by the brave boy who protected his younger brother in his shirt from the scorching sun.

And the photo shooter added: "Glory be to God, masculinity is not acquired, but rather runs in blood from childhood."

The picture received wide interactions, its main title was "We will pull your arm with your brother" on the platforms, and it also moved some poets, including the Saudi poet Fawaz Al-Labon, who published it and attached it with poetic verses.

Among the comments and tweets that came on the image of the two Algerian brothers, which was carried by an episode (7/2022) of the “Interactive Bulletin” program, was written by Aladdin Borich, where he said that the child Hudhayfa is a school in social altruism and a symbol of the bond brother that you find in thick and thin.

In Tunisia, neighboring Algeria, social media platforms were filled with interactions, but on a topic that constitutes the event in the country, which is the new draft constitution published by President Kais Saied and presented to the referendum on July 25.

The draft constitution stipulates transforming Tunisia into a republican system in which the president of the republic holds the executive power, in addition to the power to appoint the government, veto laws and nominate judges.

According to the draft, Saied will continue to rule by decree until a new parliament is formed through elections expected to be held next December.

Tweeters interacted with the decision through several hashtags, including "the draft constitution, Qais Saeed", and expressed their condemnation of the new draft constitution, describing it as illegal and commensurate with Said's repressive policies, as they put it, while others considered it a new beginning to advance Tunisia from all its crises, according to them.
