China News Service, July 1st. On the 1st, the State Food and Drug Administration released the "Notice on Stopping the Operation of Cosmetics Labeled "Shaoduoli Anti-Acne Cream" (No. 29, 2022).
The notice shows that recently, in response to the problems found in the monitoring and supervision and inspection of adverse reactions of cosmetics, the State Food and Drug Administration instructed the Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Chongqing (province) drug administrations to revise the label name "Shaoduoli Acne Removal Cream". Cosmetics are investigated.
After investigation, the above cosmetics currently on the market have not been registered or filed.
In order to ensure the safety of public use of cosmetics and purify the cosmetics market environment, according to the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics", the State Food and Drug Administration requires the drug supervision and management departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) to order relevant cosmetics operators to immediately stop operating the above-mentioned illegal cosmetics, and investigate deeply. If any illegal act is found in its purchase channel, it will be investigated and punished seriously according to law; if a crime is suspected, it will be transferred to the public security organ in time.
