[Explanation] Walking into the "Asia Steel No. 1" commercial complex located in Longgang District, Shenzhen, towering office buildings, talent apartments, and tree-lined conjoined corridors are presented in front of you.
The architectural design here, and even the choice of bricks and tiles, were created by Hong Kong youth Lu Zikang and his team for 8 years.

I try to use the space of the whole garden, I use every corner, every detail, every place has grass, trees and flowers as much as possible, so that everyone who lives here can feel the landscaping.
Because I came from Hong Kong, I felt that gardens are very important to Hong Kong people and to people from the mainland.
Because we live in such a dense city, such a dense place, we cherish every opportunity to enjoy the fresh air brought by every piece of trees.
We design each apartment as much as possible with the concept of Hong Kong.

Lu Zikang has witnessed the rapid development of Shenzhen. He has been in Shenzhen for 15 years. He said that he is very lucky to have seized the opportunity in the Bay Area and has grown a lot.
Fast, hard, and accurate are Lv Zikang's greatest feelings about Shenzhen's development.

Compared with Hong Kong in recent years, Shenzhen's (development) speed is even faster than Hong Kong.
No matter in terms of infrastructure, it is the entire building, the entire transportation network, and the entire supporting facilities.
In addition, "accurate" means that it is in place, and the entire government plan is to do whatever problem I should focus on, so as to achieve internationalization, urbanization and modernization.
Having witnessed this change in the whole of Shenzhen, 15 years, it is worth looking back.
[Explanation] Shenzhen issued "Several Measures to Further Facilitate the Development of Hong Kong and Macao Residents in Shenzhen" last year. The measures cover Hong Kong and Macao residents' in-depth study, employment, entrepreneurship, and life.
Lv Zikang, who once enjoyed the housing subsidy policy, now also provides housing rent concessions for young people from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao who are interested in developing in Shenzhen.
According to Lu Zikang, the Talent Apartment provides suites ranging from single rooms to multi-person rooms.

There are many e-commerce companies in South China City opposite us, all of whom come from Hong Kong to invest in making clothes.
When they came over, they couldn't find a place to live, and it wasn't that they couldn't find it, but they couldn't find a more suitable place. He happened to find me. It was originally more than 5,000. In the end, I provided a set (only) of more than 3,000. 's offers.
We rely on government subsidies and the help of other companies, so many Hong Kong people come to live and many problems can be solved.
[Explanation] Coinciding with the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland, as the honorary president of the New Territories Principals Association, Lv Zikang recently organized nearly 100 students from Shenzhen and Hong Kong to hold an online exchange meeting.
Next, we will continue to promote two-way exchanges between students from Shenzhen and Hong Kong to enhance friendship.

In the days to come, if the children of Shenzhen and the children of Hong Kong, the next generation can cooperate and blend with each other, I believe this force is really powerful.
[Explanation] During the epidemic, Lu Zikang actively joined the ranks of nucleic acid testing volunteers and raised supplies to support the fight against the epidemic.
He believes that working and living in Shenzhen has received a lot of support, and he will use practical actions to repay the society.

Because when the epidemic just broke out, I lived in an isolation hotel, and he (medical staff) came to pat your door every day, sent you test kits and masks, and was sweating all over.
I am willing to wear clothes (protective clothing) and a mask. I want to feel that it is really not easy to be a medical staff from nine o'clock to five o'clock in the afternoon, so I think this is a very meaningful job.
