François Busnel has hosted France 5's literary program "La grande bookstore" since its creation in 2008. With 500 programs to his credit, he will leave this role at the start of the school year, as he revealed to our colleagues from the newspaper "Le Parisien ".

François Busnel wants to embark on new projects, while maintaining a role in this program.

The literary program of France 5 was hosted by François Busnel since its launch in 2008. The presenter reveals to our colleagues from the newspaper

Le Parisien 

that he will not resume his role as host and interviewer in the program at the start of the school year. .

It is a page of 14 years of antenna, 500 programs and more than 2,000 authors and invited authors who turns.

 that this departure was decided on his own and that he "wants new challenges: making cinema films and series, writing and shooting documentaries, producing new talents".

He confides, in this sense, already working for France Télévisions on a mini-fiction on a writer of the 20th century, in particular.

"I love my job, but I love adventure and rolling the dice even more. I want to renew myself, to reinvent myself," adds the soon-to-be former presenter of 

La grande bookstore

François Busnel will still remain producer of the literary program of France 5. He will continue to be involved in the program, but in management.

The name of his or her successor to the presentation of the show has not yet been revealed.
