A man sitting near a severed head causes terror in a German city

Residents of the German city of Bonn lived in a state of terror when they saw a man sitting near a human head in front of the regional court, so they informed the police, who rushed to the place and arrested the man.

On search, a torso was found elsewhere, presumably from the same corpse, which was subjected to a forensic examination.

Immediately after the report, the police rushed to the scene and arrested the man who was sitting near a severed human head

And the German police in Bonn announced that a human head had been found in front of a court. It belonged to a 44-year-old man, and a man was sitting near the severed head.

Passers-by reported the presence of a part of a human body in front of the court entrance, a police spokesman said.

A torso, presumably from the same body, was found nearby on the banks of the Rhine, near the historic customs house.

A distance of about one kilometer separates the two sites where the body parts were found.

The police arrested the 38-year-old suspect, who was sitting near the head, and said he was known to be involved in drug crimes, and the man did not resist the police when he was arrested.

Police added that they believe the suspected perpetrator and the unidentified victim are homeless.

The police stated that separating the head from the rest of the body was not the cause of death, and at that time, the man died of natural causes due to a serious illness, and a special commission on homicides at the police with the Public Prosecution took over the investigation into the accident.
