The "Little Reader" section, which was designed to provide educational activities for children in the "House of Wisdom", will host the 2022 summer camp under the title "A Journey Around the World", to enrich the intellectual and creative abilities of the participating children through a series of reading sessions in which children will share their opinions on stories, which Enrich their imagination and ideas with the world's cultural and historical treasures, in addition to workshops that develop their skills and knowledge on various topics, in addition to live performances and interactive experiences, throughout this July and next August, coinciding with the summer vacation.
The “Summer Camp” in the “House of Wisdom” allows children aged 5-12 years to experience interesting adventures around the world, with the passport game that simulates a real travel journey through the child obtaining a stamp proving his virtual travel to each country he identifies in the camp;
In a unique experience, they learn about the cultures, customs, languages, foods, and landmarks that characterize 16 selected countries around the world, in addition to their geographical characteristics, flora and fauna.
Over the course of two months, the young explorers will navigate the cultures of nations on six continents.
The "summer camp" will include an integrated package of educational and entertaining activities and events, which enrich the experience of the young participants, including making a "dream hunter", listening to artists while they play several musical instruments such as the rabab and the accordion, a virtual tour of the American Museum of Natural History, and designing patterns. Mosaics, learn the designs of the art of colored sand “Rangoli”, and learn about the traditions of the Brazilian Capoeira dance arts.
