The mystery of the “disappearance” of Amal Maher reaches the Egyptian parliament

Member of the Egyptian Parliament, Amal Abdel Hamid, submitted a request for a briefing to Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly regarding the reality of the “disappearance” of the artist Amal Maher.

Abdel Hamid said in the request for briefing that "Amal Maher before she was an artist, as she is a citizen with Egyptian citizenship, many rumors were raised about her disappearance in mysterious circumstances, her retirement from singing and public parties, and her severe suffering and fear."

And she added, according to a number of local newspapers: "The Musical Professions Syndicate, which recently moved in this case, tried to send messages of reassurance that it had communicated with her family, which confirmed that she was fine, which increases the state of ambiguity, controversy and question as well:" Why did she communicate with her family and did not communicate with the owner? matter?"

And she continued, "It is unfortunate, suspicious and also frightening, that the absence of a singer the size of Amal Maher, or the absence of any citizen or Egyptian citizen, turns into a question, controversy, rumor and suspicion, more unfortunate, insisting on silence and ambiguity, and creating an atmosphere of rumors."
