China News Service, June 28. According to the official Weibo news of the Pudong Branch of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau, at about 10:47 on June 28, the Pudong Public Security Bureau received an alarm saying: A bus slipped near Nanzhu Road, Renmin East Road. Enter the roadside river.

The public security and fire departments rushed to the scene quickly and rescued the driver.

  After preliminary investigation, there were no other passengers on the bus except the driver at the time of the incident. The vehicle slid into the river after wiping down the two battery cars. The two cyclists were sent to the hospital for treatment and were all safe.

According to a passenger who got off the bus at the previous stop, the driver claimed that he felt unwell and let the passenger get off the bus. Later, the passenger found that the driver was in a coma, and the vehicle fell into the river after sliding forward.

At present, the cause of the accident is under further investigation.
