What is our role as individuals, institutions and governments towards this dilemma?

The effective solution is to reach “zero” emissions, hence the term Net-Zero, and in order to reach net zero emissions, it is necessary to reduce carbon dioxide levels, and improve the efficiency of means Transportation and communications, dispensing with electricity resulting from the use of fossil fuels, using nuclear energy, modernizing renewable energy sources, preserving forests and not cutting down trees, using environmentally friendly methods in agriculture and expanding it, and enhancing energy efficiency.
