The famous real estate investment areas in Dubai are different and varied, with the multiplicity of its properties, the value of its daily and monthly real estate transactions, and its magnitude, which reflects the level of progress and fame it has achieved in the real estate sector.

These areas, after taking accelerated steps of unique real estate development, since their announcement until today, to become cities within a city, some marketers and real estate marketing companies still market them as one neighborhood, or one street, using the tallest tower and the longest street, the largest park, and other terms.

Mistakes I have seen in several real estate advertisements are scattered here and there, and the owners claim that they are experienced and knowledgeable about Dubai real estate areas and projects.

Wholesale mistakes These beautiful and unique areas do not do justice to the description, location, and luxury real estate they contain.

Therefore, I ask a set of questions to everyone who markets a property in these areas: Have you researched well about the advantages that it provides?

Do you know well the boundaries of these areas?

Did you see her plan?

Or is your view limited about the property, its area and its view only?

Do you know the purpose of having and naming these areas?

Let everyone know that these areas did not depend in their development on a neighborhood, or a single tower, or a group of villas, or apartments sandwiched between a corridor and a green garden as some imagine. The real estate market in Dubai.

Projects that combine housing, work, entertainment and tourism, and touch the needs of different family members and groups of society, so they were the focus of attraction, achieving billions of sales.

It is a group of projects that provided thousands of villas, palaces and luxury apartments for freehold, which gave the area in which it is located a special impetus, and made it the first places in demand, making it one of the best residential areas in Dubai.

In short, they are other faces of the city of Dubai, the aim of which is to raise the standards of modern residential cities, and give a new concept to an integrated residential complex that will attract investors, tourists and residents, so how can it be limited to just a neighborhood, street, or tower?!

Unfortunately, some real estate advertisements stemming from the owners' lack of awareness of these areas, have become unfair to them, and do not give them their full share of distinction as they deserve.

Ads that can be said, so to speak, are dwarfed by their size and weight at the level of the real estate sector and the map of Dubai, so your responsibility as a marketer, broker or real estate promoter, is not to underestimate them, or distort their appearance and value in your superficial description.

And if you are not able to do that, then stay away from the matter and leave it to the people of expertise and knowledge of it and its value and the value of the real estate sector in the Emirate.

The level that Dubai real estate areas have reached today is looking for someone who has the ability to highlight their characteristics and advantages, and enhance their investment value, not diminish them.
