The Secretary-General of the Arabic Language Academy in Sharjah, Dr. Muhammad Safi Al-Mostaghanemi, stressed that it is not possible to talk about a distinct reality of the Arabic language in isolation from improving the conditions of the teacher, stressing that the Arabic language teacher needs great care and continuous training, because the establishment of a loving and passionate teacher in the Arabic language , skilled in the methods of presenting it to students, would establish generations of writers, linguists and young students on a love of Arabic.

In his intervention via visual communication technology, Al Mosteghanemi referred to the care given by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to the reality and future of the Arabic language, especially in the African continent, pointing out that the efforts being made to empower the Arabic language These are appreciated efforts, especially with the state of synergy and cooperation we are witnessing between the Arabic language academies that will bear fruit.

He suggested that the bodies, agencies, and institutions based on the Arabic language coordinate their efforts from academies and centers for the Arabic language, in addition to the necessity of implementing the decisions made by the academies in order to activate practical mechanisms to serve the Arabic language on the ground.

Al-Mustaghanemi recommended strengthening concerted efforts to accomplish what he described as the "Century Project", which enjoys unlimited support from His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, represented in the Historical Dictionary of the Arabic Language, praising the efforts of the Arabic Language Academy in Khartoum in contributing to the success of this project, hoping that these efforts will bear fruit.
