[Explanation] Recently, He Jinglin, president of the Guangzhou Association of Associations in Macau and president of the Macau Federation of Industry and Commerce, sighed in an exclusive interview with China News Agency that some Macau people are introverted, shy, and always feel that they are not good enough. The release of the "Outline of the Development Plan for the Bay Area" made everyone realize that Macau people are already in the Greater Bay Area; and Macau people who can actively integrate into the development of the Bay Area and dare to try are more and more confident.

In the past, although Zhuhai was a step away from us, the psychological obstacles were still very large. However, starting from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, we in Macau have not returned to the mainland for development, we are already one.
Therefore, there has been a change in the whole mentality. I found that there have been many people who have come to (the mainland) to explore the way for more than a year.
[Explanation] This confidence is inseparable from the "hard connection" of infrastructure construction.
He Jinglin said that the infrastructure construction of the Greater Bay Area has not stopped in recent years, and the transportation has become more and more perfect. After the Shenzhen-China Corridor is opened, the entire Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will be closer.

It takes one hour and forty minutes to go through customs in Macau to Panyu, and I often come to Nansha for one hour and fifteen minutes, which is very convenient.
If you don't drive, take the high-speed rail to (Guangzhou) South Station for an hour.
We see that many policies are being made step by step, but the infrastructure has not stopped, and the hardware will go first.
We have seen that the railway expressway has become more and more mature. After the completion of the Shenzhen-China Corridor, the entire Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has been more closely connected.
[Explanation] As early as 2015, He Jinglin mobilized many associations in Macau to create the "Macau Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program". In 2018, he led 34 Macau young entrepreneurs to start businesses in Guangzhou, building a comprehensive service platform for Hong Kong and Macau youth innovation and entrepreneurship .
In the process of starting a business in Guangzhou, he encountered difficulties and problems, and he was able to receive positive responses from the local government departments.

I have been running between Guangzhou and Macau in the past two years, and I have experienced it myself, because you are an entrepreneur from Macau, and you are an entrepreneur in Macau. Policies for you, because they want to support Macau's integration into the Greater Bay Area and the overall development of the country, and they will help you.
[Explanation] In recent years, the team led by He Jinglin has successively invested in the establishment of the Guangdong-Macao Youth Innovation International Industry Accelerator in Guangzhou to create an innovative tribe of young people in Macau.
So far, they have incubated more than 100 companies and more than 1,000 innovative and entrepreneurial young people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
The "soft connectivity" connecting the rules and mechanisms of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau makes Macau people more confident.
[Commentary] He Jinglin believes that the demand for talents in the Greater Bay Area is very strong. There are many opportunities for Macau people, and Macau people can build a bridge between the mainland and Portuguese-speaking countries, and the Macau people who integrate into the development of the Bay Area will have unlimited future. .

Hengqin is a Guangdong-Macao in-depth cooperation zone. What is the concept of 106 square kilometers, which is three times that of Macau.

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the (Hengqin) Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone are to provide the future development space for Macao people and Macao enterprises.
