On June 23, Dahua Yao Autonomous County, Hechi City, Guangxi held a celebration of Bunu Yao Wishing Festival.
At the event site, the "Zhuang Yao Banquet" consisting of 58 sets of delicacies, 88 varieties and 188 dishes attracted the admiration of the guests present.
At the same time, the "Zhuang Yao Banquet" held an exhibition of Guangxi's "Hundred Counties and Baiwei" dishes and a live performance by famous chefs in Guangxi. It brought together famous chefs from all counties (cities, districts) in Guangxi at one time, and produced 125 dishes with landmarks in Guangxi. Among them, Liuzhou snail noodles, Wuzhou paper-wrapped chicken, and Hengxian yusheng have been selected as national and autonomous region-level "intangible cultural heritage" dishes.
