Shinobu Yamagishi (59), the former president of an Osaka real estate company who was found not guilty in a trial after being arrested and charged by the Osaka District Prosecutor's Office for being involved in a misappropriation case three years ago, said he was 50 years old. Two 44-year-old prosecutors have filed criminal charges on suspicion of witness threats, alleging that they have conducted illegal investigations that threatened Yamagishi's subordinates and aroused anxiety.
