The prosecution's decision was unjustified when the former president of a real estate company, who was arrested and charged by the Osaka District Prosecutor's Office and was acquitted in a trial, dismissed two prosecutors who had been charged with criminal charges for conducting an illegal investigation. I applied for the examination to the examination committee.

Shinobu Yamagishi (59), the former president of an Osaka real estate company who was found not guilty in a trial after being arrested and charged by the Osaka District Prosecutor's Office for being involved in a misappropriation case three years ago, said he was 50 years old. Two 44-year-old prosecutors have filed criminal charges on suspicion of witness threats, alleging that they have conducted illegal investigations that threatened Yamagishi's subordinates and aroused anxiety. All of them were not charged due to insufficient suspicion.

The Osaka District Prosecutor's Office explained that "there was no evidence that the content of the interrogation was assaulted or threatened."

Mr. Yamagishi complained about this and filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office on the 24th, and also asked the 50-year-old prosecutor to hold a criminal trial on the case of a civil servant on suspicion of assault and atrocities by a special public servant. I went to the Osaka District Court.

Mr. Yamagishi commented, "I have high hopes that the judgment of the citizens and judges, rather than the investigation by the public prosecutor's office, will lead to an appropriate conclusion."

In addition, Mr. Yamagishi's defense team said, "It is a terrible interrogation that the prosecutor has been doing for a long time, and I want you to make a proper judgment."
