As part of the "Freedom for Anas Al-Jamal" and "Freedom for the Detainees" campaign, Jordanians called for the release of the detained young man, which was also demanded by his mother, who participated in the solidarity campaign with her son.

Anas's mother announced that she was able to deliver high school books to her son in prison in order to prepare for the national exam to be held at the end of June to obtain the Tawjihi certificate.

The pioneers of social media platforms in Jordan interacted with tweets and comments transmitted by an episode of the “Interactive Bulletin” program (2022/6/21), including what was written by activist Samir Mashhour, who said, “The least we can offer to a citizen arrested for expressing his opinion is to remember his case.” And to remember that his freedom has been unjustly and coercively stolen.

As for the academic Nizar Ayasra, the case of young Anas has become a public opinion issue, and he said that the accusation against him is not clear and there is no charge at all.

Blogger Zaid Al-Daqamseh wrote in a tweet, "It is shameful that the security of a state depends on a post on Facebook, a tweet on Twitter, or a peaceful march whose slogans do not go beyond correcting the approach!"

As for Hadeel Al-Battoush, she wrote that she was deeply affected today after learning that Anas Al-Jamal's mother sent him books inside the prison to complete his high school studies, and that she grieved for a young man whose dreams were obliterated, and he is now looking for hope for his future within the prison walls.
