The owners of "Housing for the Elderly with Services" in Yamanashi Prefecture said that they were given a higher loan than usual by a sloppy examination, and the loan source, Japan Housing Finance Agency, etc., totaled more than 1 billion yen. I filed a lawsuit for compensation in the Tokyo District Court.

The complaint was filed by eight people and one company who built and owns a "housing for the elderly with services" in Yamanashi prefecture where they can receive nursing care and medical care. I had a press conference.

The owners were solicited by Kofu City's "Shin Nihon Tsusan", which was involved in the real estate business, to say, "The occupancy rate is high and rent income can be guaranteed," and they signed a sublease contract. Few people move in and claim that the promised rent has not been paid.

On top of that, the Japan Housing Finance Agency, the Yamanashi Prefectural Credit Union, and the national government, etc. I am seeking compensation.

In July, Shin Nihon Tsusan received a decision to start bankruptcy proceedings from the Kofu District Court.

At the press conference, Hiroyuki Kawai said, "The policy for the people to build a" housing for the elderly with services "has caused unjustified damage to the citizens. It is a social problem."
