[Explanation] The Heruo Railway is a national key railway construction project. It starts from Hotan City in the Hotan area in the west and ends in Ruoqiang County, Bayingoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture in the east, with a total length of 825.476 kilometers. It will open for operation on June 16, 2022.

The opening of the Heruo Railway not only ended the history of no trains in 5 counties in southern Xinjiang and several XPCC towns, but also completed the last section of the Taklimakan Desert Railway Loop, marking the official formation of the world's first desert railway loop.

  [Explanation] There are 20 new stations on the Heruo railway line, 9 of which are open for passenger transportation, which greatly facilitates the travel of people along the line.

  After the opening of the Heruo Railway, it will still be of great help to our local area.

First, there are more ways for people to travel.

Another is that the common people can go out, things can go out, and people can go out, so it is still very helpful to the common people and the local economy.

  [Explanation] The opening and operation of the Heruo Railway has accelerated the realization of the goal of "inner Xinjiang, faster transportation of goods in and out of Xinjiang", and the efficiency of the circulation and transportation of goods resources in Xinjiang has been improved.

  This railway shipment shortened the route of goods transportation from Hotan Station to the east and south of Qinghai by 1,062 kilometers. Later, we radiated from our railway and within the jurisdiction of the railway freight yard and warehouse station, as well as 30 cars of 1,800 tons. Fertilizers will be delivered to Yutian, Minfeng, Cele and other stations in succession.

I believe that the opening of the Heruo Railway will make due contributions to the rural revitalization of the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang.

  [Explanation] For the southern Xinjiang region, in the past, due to long transportation distances, high costs and poor timeliness, local enterprises lacked competitive advantages.

The opening of the Heruo Railway has opened up a new channel for products from southern Xinjiang to go out of Xinjiang, allowing southern Xinjiang enterprises to have more opportunities to enter the national market.

  We are also very honored as the shipper to ship coal for the first time.

Compared with the previous shipment, we took a detour from Kashgar, which saved 13.5% of our business cost.

This coal is sent from Hotan to Hanzhong in Shaanxi. After the first train is delivered this time, it may save about two to three days in terms of time.

This is equivalent to opening up a convenient and efficient new channel for us to go out of Xinjiang, and it will also help our company's future development.

After cooperating with Shaanxi, we are now reaching preliminary intentions with Tibet, Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou, and we are also doing preparatory work.

  [Explanation] Many mainland companies also took this opportunity to try to purchase Xinjiang's rich natural resources, increase investment in Xinjiang, and explore the Xinjiang market.

  Before the opening of the Heruo railway, the transportation distance was too long, the cost was too high, and the planning including time was insufficient.

Therefore, we have not purchased in Xinjiang.

After the opening of Heruo (railway) this time, it has provided us with a guarantee from the aspect of railway and planning.

Therefore, it provides convenient railway transportation conditions for our enterprise's demand for coal and mineral resources in southern Xinjiang.

We first tried 3,000 tons of coal, which has a certain advantage for us in terms of cost.

The biggest advantage is that we have a channel for more energy options.

  [Explanation] In the future, Heruo Railway will continue to give full play to the advantages of the new channel of the "Silk Road", continue to serve the travel of people along the line, promote the transportation of goods inside and outside Xinjiang, drive the development of resources along the line, and help Xinjiang achieve better and faster development.
