On the morning of the 16th, in a building under demolition work in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a part of the outer wall collapsed and a male worker became an underlay, making him unconscious.

According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department and the Tokyo Fire Department, after 9 am on the 16th, there was a 119 call saying that "the wall collapsed and the workers were laid down" in a commercial building under demolition work in Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku.

When firefighters and others rushed in, it was found that a part of the concrete outer wall of the 9-story building had collapsed, and a male worker who seems to be in his 40s was underlaying.

The man was rescued about four and a half hours later, but he is unconscious.

At that time, the man was working on the dismantling work on the 9th floor of the building, so the Metropolitan Police Department and others are investigating the situation at that time in detail.

The site is an area lined with commercial buildings about 400 meters west of JR Shimbashi Station.
