"Since 2002, every year in the college entrance examination, I will send students into the examination room and wait for them to finish the examination outside the examination room, so that I feel at ease." Zhang Juncheng believes that the college entrance examination is a test of students' high school learning, and he pays more attention to guiding them through the college entrance examination. Students make plans for the next step in life, "Everywhere in life is an exam room, and there are exams everywhere in life, as long as you try your best to get your own results."

I have been certified, introduced teachers, taught me knowledge... Encouraged me to study hard. The teachers and students of Peking University are all my mentors, teaching me love and responsibility.”

For more than 20 years, Zhang Juncheng has worked hard to transmit the spirit of Peking University teachers and students to his students, "watering" students with love and responsibility.

"After graduating from junior high school, my behavior was relatively lazy. Later, the security team of Peking University, which was managed by militarization, corrected some of my behaviors." Zhang Juncheng told reporters that since the school was founded, it has been implementing militarized management, hoping to help correct students' bad study habits. , to improve their comprehensive quality, "teach children to do things first, and then learn."

Zhang Juncheng hopes to be a spiritual decoder for students and help them grow.

In his coaching career, he met two naughty students with poor study habits and poor grades. He sneaked into Internet cafes for 5 days a week and 4 days.

"I went to almost all the Internet cafes in Changzhi City to find them and bring them back to school. It was very late that day, and they didn't want to go home with their parents. I took them to dinner, communicated with the children patiently, answered their questions, and slowly Guide them back to the right track of study." Zhang Juncheng said that after graduation, one of the two children was admitted to university, and the other went to join the army.

"Teachers should not give up any student. Students need the patience and guidance of teachers." Today, Zhang Juncheng is full of peaches and plums. Some of his students are admitted to universities to continue their studies, some are teachers like him, and some are from manufacturing companies. Managers, service personnel in the aviation industry...students shine in all walks of life.

From the security guard of Peking University to the principal of vocational high school, Zhang Juncheng regards the school as a place to prove himself, and at the same time as a battlefield to lead his students to realize their dreams in life.

"Three hundred and sixty lines, every line is a champion." Zhang Juncheng believes that vocational education has a bright future, "I hope to help more children choose suitable majors, master a skill, and make breakthroughs in their majors; I hope to cultivate more skilled craftsmen and Craftsmen in a great country, cultivate technical professionals, and serve the society.” (End)
