A DVD containing a chorus singing the half-life of the atomic bomb survivors in Nagasaki who traveled around the world in a wheelchair and appealed for the abolition of nuclear weapons has been completed.

The choir produced this month announced that it will be distributed to the parties involved in the Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Vienna, Austria.

"To the Journey of Peace" is a chorus singing the half-life of Chieko Watanabe, who died in 1993 after traveling around the world in a wheelchair while being paralyzed by the atomic bomb dropped on Nagasaki and appealing for the abolition of nuclear weapons. I couldn't sing.



The DVD contains photos of Nagasaki and Mr. Watanabe after the atomic bomb was dropped, along with the chorus video.

The choir also announced that it will entrust visitors to Vienna to distribute DVDs locally at the Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons to be held this month so that foreigners can know the actual situation of the atomic bombing. Did.

The chorus will also donate DVDs to the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum and schools in the prefecture.
