On the afternoon of June 13, two villagers in Tianyuan Township, Qingliu County, Fujian Province were trapped deep in the mountains due to flash floods caused by heavy rains for several days.
Zeng Bin, director of Tianyuan Police Station of Qingliu County Public Security Bureau, went to rescue together with Huang Qianyou and Huang Zhisong.
The three of them worked together to slowly travel one kilometer in the flash flood and successfully rescued the trapped people.
