At the beginning of May every year, female Tibetan antelopes in the Qiangtang National Nature Reserve in Aligaize County, Tibet begin to leave their habitat and migrate northward along the calving passage.

In order to ensure the safety of the migration passage, on June 6, the Gaize County Forestry and Grass Bureau organized a total of 18 people from 4 management stations to carry out the "special patrol operation for escorting Tibetan antelopes to give birth to migration".

In order not to disturb the Tibetan antelopes waiting to be born, the patrol team maintains a distance of 2 to 3 kilometers from the Tibetan antelope population.

They use binoculars and high-powered lenses to observe population dynamics, while rangers walk several kilometers on foot to better observe the situation.

In the evening, the "antelope" guards will record the patrol situation of the day in detail around the fire.

During the period, the vehicles of the "antelope" guards fell into the mud puddles many times. On the way, they found that most of the Tibetan antelope population was followed by several wolves and brown bears, and birds of prey hovered in the sky.

On June 11, the patrol team finally successfully delivered more than 100,000 female Tibetan antelopes to their intended destination.
