The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) continues to develop its innovative projects in cooperation with its partners in the public and private sectors, with the aim of supporting the creative community in the emirate. A free local social network for neighborhoods in Dubai, encouraging residents to connect, be friends with one another, create groups based on their proximity, shared interests and preferences, as well as initiate and participate in social initiatives and activities within their communities.

Through this cooperation, the authority aims to create interconnected digital neighborhoods in Dubai, by providing an interactive way to build a digital presence for innovators within their communities, providing them with a platform to enhance their access and spread, and help their businesses grow and prosper.

The partnership between “Dubai Culture” and “Hay” seeks to link creative talents in the various neighborhoods and regions of Dubai, and provide them with the opportunity to showcase their work and provide their creative services. Creators have free spaces to showcase their work, promote their products, and share their offerings in Al Quoz and other nearby neighborhoods in the city.
