Affected by the heavy rainfall in the past few days, Dacun, Gaotang Village, Daluodong Village and Yangdao Village in Longsheng Town, Xinfeng Town, Beiliu City, Yulin City, Guangxi were hit by heavy rain.

At about 19:00 on June 10, officers and soldiers of the Yulin Detachment of the Guangxi Armed Police Corps received a notice from the Beiliu Municipal Government and dispatched more than 60 officers and soldiers to the scene overnight for rescue.

Due to the mudslides caused by the heavy rainfall, the traffic was blocked, and the armed police officers and soldiers could only move forward with rescue equipment on foot.

After arriving at the scene, the armed police officers and soldiers carried out rescue in groups, synchronously, and in multiple directions to ease the people trapped by the mudslide.

As there were many elderly people and young children among the rescued people, the mountain road was narrow and dangerous, making it inconvenient to walk.

Armed police officers and soldiers held slings and hand in hand. After a night of hard work, they successfully transported 47 people affected by the disaster.
