The bus will be put into service at 12 noon on June 19. It will take the lead in 3 departures of Hong Kong Island Citybus Route 5B, departing from the Hong Kong Stadium Bus Terminus in Causeway Bay to Kennedy Town.

The bus can carry up to 113 passengers, including 79 seats and 34 stops.

The bus is equipped with "electronic stability control system" and "downhill speed limit deceleration control device" to enhance bus safety.

The bus is equipped with 15 sets of lithium iron phosphate batteries with a total battery capacity of 450 kWh and a cruising range of more than 200 kilometers. It is estimated that after three round trips, it needs to be charged at the bus station for 1.5 hours, or half an hour after each round trip. , which can handle full-time operations.
