Singapore: the planned end of the Lee dynasty

It doesn't seem like much, but it's a revolution that is coming to Singapore.

The ruling party, which has dominated political life for 60 years, has just appointed its new boss, Lawrence Wong.

And his appointment puts an end to an unchallenged reign of the Lee family, which designed Singapore's "semi-democratic" regime and which had maintained total control over the city-state since the 1950s.
