A 21-year-old male police officer from the Chiba Prefectural Police was arrested on suspicion of invading a building for entering a women's toilet in a commercial facility in an attempt to take a voyeur.
The person arrested was Kotaro Hori, a 21-year-old police officer in the area section of the Ichihara police station. There is a suspicion of intrusion.
Employees of the facility found a small camera attached to the toilet and reported it, and the police officer who called the police officer returned to the scene secured it.
In response to the investigation, he admitted that he "entered the women's toilet for the purpose of voyeurism".
The police officer said that the 8th was a holiday, so police are investigating the circumstances such as seizing a small camera.
