This municipal decision made it possible to regularize 21 m² of a sidewalk built illegally in 2011, with the aim of selling it to a resident, a municipal councilor.

The dispute relates in particular to the fact that this sidewalk, which existed before 2011, had been destroyed for pipe work.
At the origin of this legal action, the former mayor of Vérel-Pragondran defends himself from any settling of scores, specifying to our colleagues that the municipal councilor in question had taken no steps to regularize the situation.
The current mayor plans to buy the plot but assures that he will not destroy this sidewalk.
