The screenshots showed that a netizen nicknamed pursue Zhang Ruirui posted a message for help in the group: "Who will do high school three questions, mathematics, help As a favor, I can pay..." and attached several photos of suspected math questions on the test paper.

The reporter noticed that the netizen initially posted information in the group at 15:48.

Afterwards, many netizens in the group who claimed to be candidates for this year's college entrance examination pointed out that the above-mentioned topics were the subjects of this year's national college entrance examination mathematics volume B.

  In response to the above situation, on June 8, the Education Examination Institute of the Ministry of Education issued a situation report saying that after a rapid investigation by the public security organs, it is now found that the matter involved in the National B-book of mathematics was cheating in the examination. After the exam started, I photographed the test paper and sent it to the QQ group to seek answers, but it was unsuccessful, and there were no pre-exam questions.

  Article 30 of the "Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examinations" also stipulates that educational examination institutions shall establish integrity files of candidates for national education examinations, and record and retain relevant information on those who cheat in national education examinations.

No organization or individual may delete or change the information recorded in the integrity files of candidates for the National Education Examination without legal procedures.

The integrity files of candidates for the National Education Examination can be inquired by relevant social parties upon application, and relevant information shall be provided to the admission schools or units in a timely manner as reference conditions for admissions.

  Cheating in exams may even constitute a crime. In Article 284 of the Criminal Law, for cheating in exams, three cases are stipulated: the crime of organizing cheating, the crime of illegal selling, the crime of providing exam questions, the crime of answering the question, and the crime of replacing exams. If you commit a crime, you must bear criminal responsibility according to law.
