After "

" which told of a Korean family broken by the partition of their country, Keum Suk Gendry-Kim publishes with Futuropolis editions a new graphic story which explores, this time, his new passion for dogs and their place in Korean society.

Many readers discovered
Keum Suk Gendry-Kim
in 2018 with "
Weeds
", a very strong graphic novel about female emancipation and patriarchy, through the fate of "comfort women", used by the army. Japanese during World War II.
Then there was "Waiting", which told of a Korean family broken by the partition of their country.
Through the power and humanity of her stories and her black and white lines, Keum Suk Gendry-Kim has established herself as an author who knows how to press subtly and often poetically where it hurts.

, the new graphic story by Keum Suk Gendry-Kim once again tells us about his country of origin, South Korea, through an original prism: the complex relationship between Koreans and dogs.
