Police sources in the Yemeni Al-Hada district revealed details of a horrific crime, in which a woman killed her husband in a horrific way before roasting his body in the oven in an attempt to get rid of the body.
"Sky New Arabia" quoted police sources as saying that Maryam Nasser, 25, killed her husband, Badr Muhammad, 25, by stabbing him in different parts of his body, then slaughtered him, mutilated his body, cut off his limbs, and placed the body in the oven for burning.
The police indicated that the wife attempted suicide after committing her crime, by drinking large doses of insecticide.
The police immediately moved to the scene of the crime, accompanied by forensic evidence, and transferred the accused to the police station for custody.
Security sources stated that the woman's commission of the murder was "due to family disputes between the spouses."
