allegedly, according to her husband (quoting the PA news agency), sold his share of the estate to a spirits producer controlled by oligarch Yuri Shefler, without telling her ex-husband.

However, Brad Pitt asserts, the man in question is a “stranger with toxic associations and intentions” and this forced association threatens the integrity of the property.

In court documents obtained by

, the comedian, who filed a complaint against Angelina Jolie, claims that the latter willfully tried to "harm" him by making the sale, which was otherwise prohibited under an agreement signed by the two parts.

He recalls that, according to their contract, no sale can be made without the agreement of the other party.

Damage to be specified

"(Angelina) Jolie pursued and then closed the sale in secret, deliberately keeping Pitt in the dark and knowingly violating Pitt's contractual rights," the document alleges.

In his complaint, Brad Pitt also claims that Angelina Jolie has never had the slightest positive contribution to the success of Miraval, which is now considered (at least by the actor of

Brad Pitt's objective is clearly announced: he is asking for damages which will be established “during the trial”, but he also and above all wants the sale to be canceled.

He also claims that the trial takes place before a jury, which is reminiscent of the recent procedure of Johnny Depp against Amber Heard.
