A former police officer and esports expert was arrested on suspicion of violating the Child Welfare Act for committing obscene acts on a 15-year-old high school girl.

The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the details.

The person arrested was Keishi Ogawa (27), an esports expert who plays competitive games as a competition and is active under the name "iSeNN".



According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, there is a suspicion of violating the Child Welfare Act, such as committing an obscene act to a 15-year-old high school girl at a hotel in Tokyo last October.



The suspect was a lecturer at multiple high schools and was investigated by the Metropolitan Police Department after being consulted for damage.



According to the people concerned, Ogawa was a former police officer of the Aichi Prefectural Police, then became a professional player of online games, and recently as an e-sports expert, he explained the tournament and coached players.



According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, he admitted the suspicion by stating that there was no doubt about the investigation, so he is investigating the details.
