In Taojiang County, Yiyang, people were trapped at Sanguan Bridge due to torrential rain.
When the fire rescue personnel arrived at the scene, they found an old residential house in the place where the torrent was scouring and was in danger of collapsing at any time. The adults and children upstairs were anxiously waiting for rescue.
