Egypt.. Final ruling in the case of the "North Coast Girl"

The Court of Cassation in Egypt rejected the appeals of the defendants in the case known in the media as the “North Coast Girl” and kept accusing them of luring and kidnapping a girl, deceiving and assaulting her.

And it upheld the criminal court's ruling issued against the defendants, with 15 years in prison, against the defendants, making the verdict final and final.

The Cairo Criminal Court had sentenced L.M., his two friends, the owner of a contracting office, and the owner of an electrical appliances company, to 15 years in prison, for accusing them of luring and kidnapping a girl by deceiving and assaulting a village on the North Coast, according to “The Seventh Day.”

The referral order revealed that, on December 8 and 9, last in the Marina El Alamein Police Station, the defendants kidnapped the victim by deception. The first defendant deceived her of holding a conference on real estate investment in her field of work with him outside Alexandria, and asked her to accompany him and the rest of the defendants, claiming to book a single stay for her in a hotel. So I went with them on this basis, and they took her to one of the summer units on the northern coast, claiming that it was impossible to confiscate and that they had to sleep in a villa that they had rented.
