"Housing" offers tombs for Egyptians abroad..these are their prices
The Ministry of Housing and New Urban Communities in Egypt revealed the allocation of cemetery lands for Egyptians abroad in 4 new cities, namely New Cairo - Badr - Tenth of Ramadan - New October.
According to a number of local newspapers, the price per square meter in the cemeteries of New Cairo is $90, which is equivalent to 1,565 pounds, and thus the value of the cemetery, an area of 40 meters, is $3,600, and the booking advance is $900.
The price per square meter in Badr City reached $80, equivalent to 1,320 pounds, bringing the price of a 40-meter cemetery to $3,200, making the required advance as a reservation payment of $800.
As for New October City, the price per square meter was $90, equivalent to EGP 1,565, bringing the total value of the cemetery, an area of 40 square metres, to $3,600. Those wishing to obtain it would pay a reservation payment and a down payment of $900, according to “Cairo 24.”
