According to JR East, the Yamanote Line was suspended for both inner and outer loops due to personal injury, but it resumed operation on all lines at around 10:24 am.
The Keihin Tohoku Line will continue to suspend operation on the up and down lines between Ofuna Station and Omiya Station.
