Fukuoka Prefecture announced on the 4th that it was confirmed that 908 new people were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
It has fallen below the same day of the previous week for 12 consecutive days.
The breakdown is 287 in Fukuoka City, 114 in Kitakyushu City, and 61 in Kurume City.
Meanwhile, one person announced as infected on June 3 was withdrawn.
A total of 492,507 people have been confirmed to be infected in Fukuoka Prefecture.
In addition, it was confirmed that one person in his 80s died, and the number of infected people who died in Fukuoka Prefecture was 1261.
