Watch.. A circulating video of an "Iraqi" flogging his daughter in a brutal way
A video clip circulating on social media in Iraq documented a video clip of a father severely beating his little girl in a violent and merciless manner in Nineveh Governorate, Iraq.
The video showed a man flogging his daughter using a leather belt, while the girl was crying and screaming, and her mother was sitting next to her, who seemed sad and helpless about the assault on her daughter.
The Iraqi judiciary issued an arrest warrant for the man.
On Friday, the Iraqi Ministry of Interior stated that the judiciary had issued an arrest warrant for a man who brutally abused his wife and daughter in the city of Mosul.
