At the door of the "Dai's Bacon" shop in Baoxing County, Ya'an, Sichuan, the owner, Dai Xiaohong, was chatting and laughing with several friends, and the zong leaves and hemp ropes in his hands were flying at his fingertips.

The wrapped dumplings are like green gems lying in an aluminum pot.
