France decides to "euthanize" a sick whale stuck for weeks in the Seine

The French authorities decided to put an end to the life of an orca whale that got stuck in the Seine River in France, after it lost its way.

This was due to the failure of attempts to take him to the sea.

Experts tried unsuccessfully to help the whale, which turned out to be very ill, (a species known as the killer whale), to return to the salt water by using sonar technology.

The whale was first spotted on May 16 between the northern coastal cities of Le Havre and Rouen in the Normandy province.

And the audio recordings via sonar technology showed that the whale makes sound calls similar to cries of pain, so I concluded that the animal is in a critical health condition and decided that the only possible solution is euthanasia for the animal.
