Long live the queen!

Elisabeth II, aged 96, will celebrate her seventy years of reign.

For this platinum jubilee, the whole of the United Kingdom will be celebrating from Thursday 2 to Sunday 5 June.

Parade, concert, horse race or military parade, we can never do too much to celebrate the longest reign in British history.

If you weren't able to get your plane ticket to London, we explain where to watch the Jubilee on the small screen.

TF1 and LCI are on deck

This Thursday, at 9:45 a.m., TF1 offers you a special program entitled

Elisabeth II, une vie une reign

presented by Gilles Bouleau and Anne-Claire Coudray.

They will welcome several guests who will shed light on the personality of the queen.

For LCI, it is the

Matinale

which relocates in a red London bus.

From 6 a.m., the team led by Hélène Mannarino will make you experience the events live with guests.

Thanks to an agreement between the TF1 group and the BBC, the channel will bring you closer to the Queen and the festivities.

It is with Denis Brogniart in a London bus, François-Xavier Ménage in the only French taxi in London, Hélène Bonnet on board a river shuttle and Garance Pardignon in a horse-drawn carriage, that viewers will be closer to the public to feel fervor.

A more historical dimension for France Télévisions

France 2 will also be live from 9:45 a.m. for a new program presented by Julian Bugier, accompanied by Stéphane Bern.

They will commentate live on the Queen's Birthday Parade, which will depart from Horse-Guards towards Buckingham Palace, with guests.

It is through archives and testimonies that the channel will offer to relive the great moments of his reign.

For the rest of the festivities, several journalists on site will be at the heart of the event to bring the jubilee to viewers as if they were there, on France 2 but also on Franceinfo channel 27.

On the group's other channels, France 3 will offer a new issue of

Des Racines et des Ailes

this Wednesday.

In addition to its special morning edition, France 2 will also have a more musical approach by offering a new number of

Basic

at 8:40 p.m. this Thursday.

The series

The Windsors, a royal dynasty

, meanwhile, is already available in full on france.tv.

The continuous jubilee

The continuous news channel BFMTV will cover the 4 days of celebration.

There will be reporters' duplexes on site and interventions by historians and specialized journalists on set.

On Thursday, a special edition starting at 9 a.m. will cover the military parade.

Journalists will also be on hand for the lighting of the Platinum Jubilee beacons in the evening.

The following three days, BFMTV will always be a little "British" because viewers will be able to attend the religious ceremony at Saint Paul's Cathedral on Friday.

On Saturday, the channel's reporters will be present at the Epsom Downs Derby horse race and platinum concert outside Buckingham Palace.

On the program for the last day, giant picnics throughout the country and a grand parade to close the jubilee.

Nothing is too good for the queen.
